sorry to use the list for this, but here it is. Several people
contacted me privately about this, and I sent them a few
questions. Please let me know privately, as soon as possible, if you
received them (complete answers to my questions are welcome, but not
needed now, I just need to know if you got the message).
The reason is that I suspect at least some of those messages from me
where lost due to some problem with my email server (I've had several
people I can trust telling me recently they had never received
messages I had sent without problems).
