Hi Brendan,
So basically you would like to repeal all forms of legislation you feel are
unjust/not properly endorsed by common law rulings?
That would be somewhat of a slippery slope.
We may have to agree to disagree. The fiction of intellectual property is
enforceable by US law and a commonly accepted concept in modern society (for
better or worse). I still think it is a by-product of the dominant
capitalist power structrure in the US. Just as many other mythical
realities are, as you have indicated.

Please don't feel the need to attach me because I have a different opinion.
