[OS:N:] Coding Class on Server?

I am just curious if anyone has ideas or projects which would allow me to
introduce something either open-source or paid for which would give me a
Web-sandbox type of programming interface for my program classes at two High
School buildings.

Something similar to http://useractive.com

I would like to set something up on a district server or servers which would
give me a programming interface for C/C++ and Java as well as an upcoming
mySQL interest.
