A few folks have asked for an OSS ticket or issue tracker.

Is one I know and love. :-D 

Try it out, it lacks a tech/admin doc and a roadmap, but the
screenshots, demo, and existing docs paint a decent picture. It's robust
and stable, and more than capable of handling most trouble ticket/issue
tracking needs. Contact me off-list with any questions.
