I have used Red Hat exclusively for the past couple years (haveing tried
one or two others) one of the main reasons is that Red Hat is the easiest
to get up and running and most user friendly for non computer literate
folks to use. It is also quite stable and rarely do I have problems
getting it to work.

even though I buy full fledged versions of Red Hat I have yet to get the
Red Hat Network to work right, and in fact never signed up for anything
other than the "free" period that comes with the distro, mainly because
they always tell me my problems are not covered, so far I have not yet
gotten my first workable solution for anything from the RHN. Rarely even
visit the site anymore get all my updates etc from sourceforge

so far haven't had that problem because I don't need to use a PO for small
purchases
